I have to say, I hated the original. I hated the writer/director and hated that they let him ruin 2 Marvel properties with Ghost Rider "AND" Daredevil. Mark Steven Johnson should NOT be allowed to write and direct anymore comic book character films. What were they thinking?!
Way to go guys! This new one is by the guys who did the Crank films. I've never cared to see them, but I know they're violent as hell which gives me hope for this new incarnation of Ghost Rider. So far, from the trailer alone i'm quite impressed and it looks like crazy ass fun!
Totally agree! This should be WAY better than the 1st one.

I've always been interested in watching them, but I know what kind of filmmakers these guys are and I HATE hand-held shaky-cam stuff more than anything. With a passion! lol.

ReplyDeleteBut but but... it's still Nicolas Cage. Somewhere deep inside, after I read your blurb on it, I had hopes that it would be a real actor. And yet there he is. With that face. T_T When you see it, and you give it a glowing review, I will then partake.:D
ReplyDeleteha ha ha! believe me, i'm still wary. nic cage can be cool "sometimes", but then he can be annoying. and i'm still not sold on the crank guys making this either. the trailer looks badass, but what will the film look like as a whole. and besides, Ghost Rider still left a bad taste in my mouth.
